Booking a cleaning appointment

How do I make a booking?

Fill out our secure booking form on our booking page, select the time and date of cleaning, and the service(s) you intend to avail. Fill out the rest of the needed information, and once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email instantly.

What if I don't want to book online?

That's OK - we have a dedicated Customer Service Team at Aqua City Cleaners so just give us a call on 250-412-6652 or email us at clean@aquacityclean.com and we will get back to you.

Do I need to enter my credit card information to book online?

Yes. Your payment information is needed to book your appointment. Rest assured that your card will not be charged until after your cleaning has been successfully completed. Guaranteed!

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Simply email us at clean@aquacity.com, and we will take care of your request. If you wish to cancel your booking, please give us 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we will charge you a $40 cancellation fee.

Can I make a same day or last minute booking?

Of course! We take pride in our flexibility to book you in for a cleaning service on the same day. Just give us a call on 250-412-6652 and we will book you in for a short notice cleaning service at a time that suits you.

What is the Aqua City Cleaners Guarantee?

We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of our cleaning service! If for some reason, you are not, just let us know within 48 hours, and we promise to send a cleaner back to put it right for free. It's as simple as that. We don't pay our cleaners until after your request is completed, so there is no risk in booking an Aqua City Cleaners service!

Our Cleaning Service

What cleaning services do you provide?

We offer three types of cleaning service. Standard clean which is a lighter clean that covers all the important areas of the house, perfect if you book a regular clean with us. A deep clean which is a more thorough clean, which we recommend if your house hasn't been cleaned professionally in the last three months. We also offer move in/move out cleans which includes the spot cleaning of all walls and cleaning inside all of your cupboards. We can also offer you extra cleaning services, if you need. Just let us know!

What is a deep clean?

A deep clean is perfect for first-time customers or customers who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. To see the extra things we do for super cleans, check our services page.

Do you offer move-in/out cleans?

Yes, we do! We know that sometimes you need a really thorough clean when you are moving into or out of a new home. Our cleaners work with a check list for move in/move out cleans which includes spot cleaning all the walls and cleaning inside all the cupboards but if there is a specific task you want your cleaning team to focus on then please let us know.

Why do you also have a flat rate price?

We offer hourly cleans, but we also charge a flat rate price per number of bedrooms rather than per hour. This means that you know exactly what we promise to provide, and our cleaners keep working until the job is done. As our cleaner cleans to a checklist you know exactly what is included in the price. It really is that simple!

On the day of your appointment

What time will the cleaners arrive?

Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your appointment. However, please do allow 30 minutes, to take into account heavy traffic and other unforeseen events. If you need to leave your house, we recommend that you book your appointment 30 minutes before you exit, to make sure the cleaners have enough time to arrive before you leave. We will give you a call if your cleaner is going to be late but please call us at 250-412-6652 if anything comes up.

How many cleaners do you send?

It will depend on the size of the home. For smaller homes, we send one person. For larger homes, we send a team of two to get the job done.

Will my cleaner come with their supplies?

Yes, our cleaning teams come completely prepared to make your house shine!

About your booking

Can I book a regular clean?

Yes, of course! Just select the frequency of your appointment; monthly, fortnightly or even weekly. As thanks, we will even offer you an Enjoy Maids Discount for booking a regular service. After your first booking, your future appointments will be automatically booked in so you can expect your cleaner at the same time every week, twice a month.

Can I book for anytime?

Of course! We put you into control so you will be able to view and select available appointment times from our online calendar.

What cities do you clean in?

At the moment, we clean in Victoria, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, and Metchosin. We have also started operations in Vancouver! If you don't see where you live on these pages, just get in touch at support@aquacityclean.com, and we will let you know if we are able to operate in your area, or when we plan to start to operate there.

Can I make special requests?

Absolutely! We put you in control, so if you have a particular product you would like us to use in your kitchen, or a precious vase you want us to avoid when dusting, just include the information in your booking. We will then pass these details onto the cleaner.

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you have completed your online booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is to assure you that your booking has gone through. We will then contact our best cleaning teams to see who is available to complete your appointment.

Do you offer discounts for regular customers?

Yes we do. If you book a regular appointment with Aqua City Cleaners, you can get:
5% discount for a monthly clean
10% discount for fortnightly/biweekly clean
12% discount for a regular weekly clean
12% discount for seniors and new moms
