A. General - all rooms

1. Window sills

2. Carpet vacuumed

3. Floors are mopped

4. Cobwebs are removed from corners

5. Doors are cleaned

6. Switch plates are cleaned

7. Light fixtures are dust-free

8. Vent covers are dust-free

B. Kitchen

1. Kitchen furniture cleaned

2. Microwave cleaned

3. Top of the microwave is clean, grease-free

4. Stovetop cleaned

5. Counter top and countertop appliances are wiped

6. Kitchen sink cleaned

7. Faucets are polished

Note: inside the fridge and oven can be cleaned for an extra fee.

C. Bathrooms

1. Toilet bowls cleaned

2. Sinks cleaned

3. Mirrors cleaned

4. Bathtubs cleaned

5. Shower stall cleaned

6. Under-sink is cleaned

7. Outside medicine cabinet cleaned

D. Laundry Room

1. Washer and Dryer are wiped

2. Space between and behind machines is clean

E. General Notes:

• Laundry is done for extra fee

• Beds are made if time permits

• Window tracks and baseboards are cleaned if time permits
