GETTING STARTED

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING APPOINTMENT?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like deep cleaning, cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service. do you bring your own supplies & equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Can I request special tasks?

Definitely. Simply respond to your confirmation email and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 48 hours before your service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours hours of your scheduled appointment, we will charge $150 or 60% of clean, whichever is more. If less than 24 hours or lockout (ie the cleaner shows up and can't access the home), we charge 100% of the cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding.

What time will my cleaner arrive?

Please allow us a 30 minute arrival window to deal with traffic, parking, appointments running late, and other surprises. If you're not home when the cleaner(s) arrive, you will receive a call or text message notifying you. Please note that if you are not home when your cleaner arrives, you will be billed for time spent waiting. You will also be notified when your cleaner leaves, if you are away at the end of the appointment.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our staff go through a detailed interview process and pass a background check. We are bonded and insured.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Our booking system is covered by world-class 256 bit security and the checkout form is also protected by multiple security protocols as well. No credit cards are ever stored in the system.

REFERRALS AND DISCOUNTS

How do I refer a friend?

Email us and we'll send you a unique referral code. Once that code is redeemed, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.

Why is the discount not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

I bought a voucher and would like to redeem it, what should I do?

In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly during checkout.
